The Littlebury Community Pub Team were out today at 08:00 sharp for the start of the Saffron Walden Market. Many people saw our stand, and recognised the pub (or perhaps Cliff!) from the newspaper or TV coverage. We spoke with over a hundred people, and many either shared our belief in community pubs, or couldn’t allow another pub to be lost.

The lovely locals made pledges totalling £3,900, a great boost for the campaign. We will be back!
