Everard and Cole have been appointed by Green King to sell the Queens Head. As the public house is registered with Uttlesford District Council as an Asset of Community Value, the potential sale triggers a 30-day Interim moratorium period which will end on the 25th June 2024.

During this time, any community group can give written notice that they are a potential bidder, which will trigger the 180-day Full Moratorium period ending on the 25th Nov 2024.
